NHS Health Scotland through Healthy Working Lives provides free access to small and medium business enterprises. Our specialists will provide the following key services:

An established and nationally recognised award programme designed to support and reward employer’s efforts and achievements in promoting the health & well-being of their employees. The team’s health promotion specialists offer support and guidance on a range of workplace issues from health policy development and implementation to identifying and addressing staff health needs.

  • A workplace visit by the team’s professional Occupational Health and Health and Safety Advisors to assess employer performance on a range of OH&S issues. As a result the employer will receive a prioritised report and action plan based on the findings from the visit.

Our emphasis is on the total care of our clients – that means recognising that there will be new ways of providing services, identifying potential safety and health problems and influencing the development of national services and priorities. So with our strong research and development focus we are at the vanguard of providing progressive Occupational Health and Safety solutions to Government and Industry.
